Video Game Project by Home Suite Hope
This was a project created during my time working as a Game Designer with Home Suite Hope Shared Living Inc. It is a point-and-click grocery shopping simulator designed to help players learn about food literacy and shopping on a budget.

I started by designing characters in Adobe Photoshop. However, my co-worker recommended that I refine the designs in Illustrator instead.

I created multiple characters, but ultimately, they were unused due to time constraints.

I also used Illustrator to make food assets for the game. This depicts a box of cereal for adults.

Like with the characters, I started creating the food assets in Photoshop, before switching over to Illustrator.

As a result, assets such as the ketchup bottle were refined.

I also used Illustrator to make the map and other background assets, such as the image seen at the top of this page.
